
The purpose of these policies is to allow us to more completely serve you and to get the best results in the shortest amount of time. It is our experience that patients who adhere to the following agreements get the best results.
Office Visits
Peak hours have been set aside for adjustments times for your convenience. Adjustment hours are:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
9:00-11:00 AM, 3:00-5:45 PM
Tuesday, Thursday
3:00-6:00 PM
When you arrive, sign in. The receptionist will hand you your treatment card. Take your card with you to the open therapy room. If a table is unoccupied, lie down on the traction table prior to your adjustment. If all the tables are occupied, have a seat and wait your turn. When your therapy is over please tear off our head paper (throw it away) and lay down on an adjustment table. If all the tables are occupied, have a seat and wait your turn. This procedure allows you to get your treatment in the most efficient manner possible, as well as see the different conditions that are treated.
If you have something private to discuss with the doctor, let the receptionist know and she will put you in the consultation room.
Missing or Changing Appointments
We have set a specific course of treatment for you. A certain number of treatments is a set amount of time required for us to get the results we both desire. Thus, if you need to change the time of your appointment, please plan to come another time the same day. If the same day is not possible, you will automatically be schedule for the next day. This way you will still get the required number of treatments each week.
Nutritional Supplements, Orthopedic Supports & Appliances
Nutritional supplements, orthopedic supports and exercise equipment may be recommended in your case. These generally are not covered by insurance companies. Payment will be collected when you receive any of these items.
Upsets
We are here to serve you. Please speak with the doctor about any upsetting matter, e.g. long waits, staff insensitivity, confusion about treatment, etc. We see your comments as a means to help us to help you and others. You are welcome to send us your feedback through the online contact form.
